Sharepoint Subject Matter Expert

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SHAREPOINT SUPER-USER to join our client in Purchase, New York.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day to Day Management of our outsourced partner in support of our Global SharePoint platform/helpdesk.
- Maintains working knowledge of SharePoint as a Super User and can facilitate the creation of RoadMaps.
- Ability to create or lead the creation of processes, procedures, support flow and how to's documentation.
- Track support trends and create corrective solutions through training and end-user communication channels
- Analysis of advanced end-user needs to determine and recommend solution options
- Assist with SharePoint end-user access management process
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans and implementation plans

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BE Degree in a Technology oriented major or the equivalent job related experience.
- Three (3) plus years experience working with SharePoint in an operational role as a technical lead with 1+ years focusing on SharePoint 2010.
- Three (3) plus years of experience dealing with End Users and facilitation of solutions to meet identified needs.
- Two (2) plus years of experience in managing outsourced partners.
- Six (6) plus years working in the support and management of vended applications.
- Understanding of full SharePoint architecture and ecosystem
- Experience with advanced functionality with SharePoint Lists and Libraries
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint integration points with Outlook, Exchange, Office, Lync and other solutions
- Understanding of SharePoint WebParts
