SharePoint Service Specialist/Scrum Master: Pharmaceuticals
Please note this will be a 32 hour working week.
Description
*Leads digital software development utilizing specialized knowledge and skills, while following approved standard policies and procedures (eg SDLC, Agile, IAPP, etc.). This role requires a knowledge of SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint Online, leadership and creativity to work within a large
*IT service delivery organization to drive business solutions.
*Other digital technologies like PHP, Sympfony, JAVA and Drupal are an advantage.
Captures customer insights to improve digital software throughout delivery, and delivers continuous improvement recommendations to service owners. May conduct impact analysis on process/tools coming from new/enhanced services.
*Performs assessments of customer demand and partners with order analysts to deliver estimates and quotes for digital software development
Will plan, schedule approved vendors to deliver the service. Will oversee the work of vendor resources throughout a project.
*Will manage the AS budget for the delivery of the service and be responsible for reporting on service performance to leadership and customers.
*May run service improvement initiatives.
*May play scrum master role on specific projects, guiding team on Agile/Scrum frameworks.
*Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
*Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
Soft skill set
*Must be a clear communicator, written and verbally
*Must have a passion for digital
*Must have a passion for instilling a continuous improvement mind set
*Must be willing to work in a global environment, with global mind set
*Has worked in technical delivery role
*Has knowledge in the areas stated in bullet # 1

*Experience as scrum master
*Technical knowledge of SharePoint
*Corporate experience
*Experience in working with both virtual and onsite teams
*Experience with compliancy in projects
*Energized and willingness to learn
