Lead and define system architecture for the application within the boundaries of the enterprise architecture Identify system functionality, and map functionality to software components.

Produce optimum design and Solution Architecture for Projects Identify and conduct Proof of Concepts and should be highly proficient in the usage of design tools and frameworks.

Understand and address non-functional requirements in system with an optimum design Build, maintain and spread best practices in system architecture to design engineers.

Promote self learning and technology innovation via innovation lab and other forums. Work towards a all in one' engineer who can analyze a business requirement, build design alternate, code and unit test, deploy and support the application. Promote enhancements through the community of Practice

You should have experience in managing the Enterprise Content Management domain.

You should have managed the projects in SharePoint or Documentum, with experience in doing the research and development on the various ECM domains.

Experience in managing a big team in an organisation focussed in delivering ECM services.

Experience in end to end development/implementation projects in ECM domain.
