Manage the execution and implementation of the Enterprise Collaboration Migration Project by applying established project management industry standards and best practices in accordance with industry standards and project management methodologies.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manages or consults on work in a coordinated manner to ensure proper allocation of resources.
- Determines and leverages existing project governance, decision making structure and communication plan.
- Mentors and coaches team members; influences and leads their direction and results.
- May directly manage partners in a project team environment.
- Drives the selection, creation and application of comprehensive project plans, detailing project schedule, resource and time estimates, quality requirements and metrics, and organizational change management activities.
- Negotiates and actively manages project schedule, scope, and resources to meet project and client needs.
- Anticipates mitigates and prevents problems; generates alternatives and implements solutions.
- Ensures that projects meet specified time lines and deliver expected requirements and results on time, within budget and in alignment with client expectations.
- Assesses project health and directs any necessary corrective measures.
- Applies standard processes for risk and issue management, ensuring critical risks and issues are proactively mitigated.
- Leads discussions and negotiates across multiple functions to resolve project conflicts and competing priorities.
- Anticipates and plans for how project team decisions impact the end user.
- Requires minimal direction in handling challenging or complex situations.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

- SharePoint deployment and/or migration experience: 2 years
- Advanced technology project management: 5 years
- Project management includes requirements analysis, work breakdown structure definition, resource allocation and forecasting, cost/schedule/quality/risk management, project delivery, and closure activities
- Building and leading cross functional teams: 5 years
- Mentoring other project managers in program and project management: 3 years
- Project management practices process improvement: 2 years

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Strong negotiation skills
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability in strategic planning and execution
- Ability to define objectives, scope and resources for projects extending beyond a department or business unit
- Ability to analyze and present key findings to business stakeholders
- Ability to think critically and creatively about new processes and solutions
- Ability to flex leadership style to accommodate a wide variety of team member styles and leverage team diversity
- Ability to establish cross functional, collaborative relationships with business partners
- Ability to navigate within a fast-paced dynamic environment with some degree of ambiguity to projects
- Superior communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build cross functional project teams with the ability to impact and influence at the program leadership level
- Ability to manage geographically distributed teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
