The SharePoint services allow members of international communities to interact and share ideas, directives, calendars,
planning, templates or any other content without having to travel. The goal is to save a lot of e-mails, time, energy and costs, making international collaboration
more efficient.
SharePoint is mainly used in a collaborative and applicative context, whitin the whole Group (200.000 people).
SSC Sent (Shared Services Center Sent) Collaboration Asset Mngt is in charge of the SharePoint infrastructure management currently running with both 2010 and
2013 versions, as well as the deployment, development and customization.
In this context we are currently looking for a SharePoint Infrastructure architect to assist us to migrate sites and users from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013.

Function Description
The job consists in being the lead technical architect of the SharePoint team, the main delivery will be the migration of SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013.
The candidate will be in charge of the setup and the fine tuning of the infrastructure, the processes and scripts for the migration.
Provide direction for the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the Microsoft SharePoint infrastructure (SharePoint Web Servers,
Application Servers, SQL database mirrored or clustered servers).
Plan capacity and performance for Microsoft SharePoint Server & Microsoft SQL Server resources.
Implement and configure additional servers to expand the current SharePoint 2013 farm to improve scalability and performance for future growth.

Architecting and implementing SharePoint farm infrastructure and topologies
Designing logical, technical, and physical architecture for SharePoint as application platform that are consistent with architecture principles,
standards, methodologies, and best practices
High Availability and Disaster Recovery principles, patterns and usage Designing solution delivery strategies, architectural standards,
hardware/software and infrastructure needs and requirements of custom SharePoint applications
Practical experience sizing SharePoint hardware and storage needs Out-of-the-box SharePoint 2010/2013 components (Web Application
functionalities and authentication providers, AAM, Farm and site Features, Service Applications like User Profile, Search, Managed Metadata, etc.)
