Projektbeschreibung

Role Objective:
Successfully develop and implement Sharepoint 2010 as a communications, collaboration and document storage solution into Water Production in line with the corporate brand.

Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the development and set up of Sharepoint 2010 for Water Production, in line with the corporate brand, which meets the needs of the users. Work with key stakeholders to derive business requirements and identify and implement appropriate solutions in agreement with users. Facilitate workshops to promote Sharepoint 2010 and a change in behaviours in how we manage our documents. Provide timely and accurate communication of progress to all stakeholders. Ensure benefits of implementation are measurable and tracked and dis-benefits are minimised. Identify and engage Sharepoint 2010 Super Users and provide effective training to ensure sustainability

Experience:
In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have: Essential. Experience of developing and implementing Sharepoint 2010 solutions. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Significant and relevant project management experience, working in a business change or project team environment. Training or demonstrable experience in use of Sharepoint 2010. The ability to translate complex business requirements into a Sharepoint 2010 solution

Capabilities:
In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have. Strong planning and business change implementation skills. The ability to be decisive with highly developed verbal and written communication skills and networking skills, critical to all stages of effective project delivery and implementation. The ability to listen, present and explain complex issues to all levels of staff effectively, including operational front-line employees, to achieve their understanding and commitment. A track record of highly effective stakeholder engagement to persuade and influence key stakeholders and persons involved in project delivery. The ability to work as part of a team and be self-reliant and manage own workload, prioritise simultaneous activities to ensure deadlines are met and manage project teams. Capability to be flexible with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances throughout project. Be able to work at pace

Qualifications:
Essential and/or desirable qualifications for the role Essential. Full UK Driving Licence

Additional Information:
Some travel across the Severn Trent area will be required
