Sharepoint/Excel Specialist

For a major international client in Canton of Vaud, we are looking for a:

SHAREPOINT/EXCEL SPECIALIST

To implement our client's KPI's in the several team, sub team and supplier dashboards: define how to extract, store the data, how to calculate the related KPI and to share them.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

SET-UP AND MAINTENANCE OF OUR SHAREPOINT TEAM SITE:

- Plan activities
- Define ways of working
- Provide technical configuration document
- Create initial workflows, pages, list and views
- Provide KT and expertise for our SharePoint team site

KPIS IMPLEMENTATION:

- Plan activities
- Provide technical information on KPI maintenance
- Collect information re KPI to be implemented
- Define and implement extraction process
- Define and implement KPI calculation
- Publish the KPI on the site/subsite pages
- Provide KT to KPI owner and outsourced resource.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- SharePoint expertise
- Excel expertise
- SSIS Knowledge would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal & written skills in English

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2016 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

THE CLIENT IS LOCATED IN THE CANTON OF VAUD. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
