This is a truly rewarding opportunity for a self-motivated individual to develop and deploy the SharePoint 2010 platform for a big name in the Australian public sector. This is not a role for a SharePoint Administrator.

This role will be focused on Microsoft Project Server, working closely with the existing SharePoint team in the deployment, document and issue management and feature administration.

The role will involve development of custom web parts, building templates, writing code to name a few duties. Other duties include giving technical assistance to, not only the client, but also to end users. This is a highly collaborative role that will include enhancements and support delivery across the entire client site.

SharePoint 2010 experience, and Project Server experience, are essential as is a proven track-record of delivering results both on your own and as part of a team. You must be able to demonstrate applications that you have developed, not just list it on your CV as something you've done.

This is an initial 3-6 month contract opportunity but with the very real possibility that it will extend out to a 12 month term.
