Sharepoint Developer - Brussels - SQL, .Net, BI, Sharepoint Level 4

SharePoint Developer

My Client, a consultancy in Brussels, requires 4 Microsoft SharePoint developers (level 4) to analyse, design, and develop applications (including REA Intranet). This is a long term contract role running until the end of 2016, possibility to extend.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

In depth knowledge of application development environments;

Good knowledge of the design and development of web and multi-tier applications;

Good knowledge of modelling tools (eg UML);

Good Knowledge of software development methodologies (eg RUP, AGILE);

Very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Database Management System;

Very Good knowledge of Microsoft IIS;

Very good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013 Platform services and tools (Sites, Communities, Content, Search, workflows, collaboration, Wikis, etc.);

Very good knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework (VB.NET and/or C#);

Good knowledge of ASP.NET, Visual Studio 2010/2013 and relevant frameworks;

Very good knowledge of English (both written and oral);

Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments;

Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication;

Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in a team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 10 years of relevant studies and experience after the secondary school;

Minimum 3 years of experience regarding the analysis and documentation of user requirements with UML and/or relevant modelling tools;

Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Database Management System (2012 or later version).

Minimum 2 years of experience with the implementation of Business Intelligence features (Report centre, Dashboard, etc.) of Microsoft SharePoint Platform (2010/2013).

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

Minimum 8 years of experience with developing web applications (Intranets, Portals, etc.) based on Microsoft SharePoint Platform (2007, 2010 and 2013).
