Sharepoint Developer

We are in requirement of an Experienced Microsoft Sharepoint Developer at a Government Department in Canberra to assist with the development of a new website.

The role requirements are

At least five years demonstrated ability in the development of solutions in Microsoft technologies with an understanding of:

-SharePoint 2010 development, design, configuration and administration; for both out of the box development and tailored customisation.
-HTML 5;
-Integrating Microsoft technologies;
-Custom ASP.NET development;
-Exposure to design, implementation and configuration using Visual Studio 2010 and TFS;
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and translate business requirements to technology solutions;
-Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation; and
-Relevant Microsoft or tertiary certifications.

DESIRABLE:

-Proven understanding of the full Office suite object models.
-High level of technical writing skills.
-Application packaging skills.
-Proven knowledge of version control and implementation management.
-Experience in using MS SharePoint as a WCM.
-Demonstrated experience with XML and Web Services.
-Experience in and understanding of the significance of Australian Government In-Confidence and Secret computing environments.

Candidates with Australian citizenship and a Security Clearance of Negative Vetting Level 1 or above is desirable.
