DESCRIPTION:
STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:- Perform browser-based administrative support for ICP SharePoint 2010 site collection including repetitive tasks as follow:
- Analyze team content in Lotus Notes and SharePoint; perform analysis to help determine SharePoint library taxonomy ( tags )
- If necessary, document any workflows needed to support team document management processes
- Define needed SharePoint views of lists and libraries and work with the content manager to have them implemented
- Identify needed new SharePoint content types
- Populate team SharePoint pages (not sites) according to standard templates
- Work with the content manager to coordinate design and information architecture activities.
