- At least 2+year of test lead experience, call script testing experience needed
- Good verbal and written communication Skills, Good organization skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams including offsite teams
- Strong testing background
- Strong coordination skills
- At least 5+years of Test Design and Test Execution Experience
- Prior experience leading process management
- Experience defining test strategy and plans and creation of test workflows.
- Strong knowledge of testing life cycle
- Prior knowledge of manual testing tools and defect tools
- Experience with Testlink and Trac a plus
- Business and Technical Requirements Testing, Telephony/Unified Communications testing experience.
