Sharepoint Developer

6 MONTHS CONTRACT POSITION OF SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER IN BLYTHEVILLE, AR

BASIC FUNCTIONS: This position will be responsible for working with users and internal developers on Microsoft SharePoint based software solutions. This will include training and support for users on how to leverage existing SharePoint technologies, maintenance and administration of the SharePoint farm, development of new and existing applications in SharePoint, and maintaining documentation of SharePoint based solutions.

PREREQUISITES:
1. Bachelors in Computer Science or related technical field, or minimum of 3- 5 years working experience.
2. Experience developing business related applications using Microsoft SharePoint 2007-2013.
3. Must be available to work on-site 5 days a week (Monday through Friday).
4. Must be available to work on a rotating on-call basis, including nights and weekends.

PREFERENCES:
1. Knowledge of SharePoint 2007-2013 technologies such as SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Enterprise Search, Business Connectivity Services, Web Parts, Content Types, SharePoint Management Shell, etc.
2. Excellent understanding of SharePoint architecture and Features.
3. Certification such as MCSE, MCTIP.
4. Customer support or helpdesk experience
5. Manufacturing-related IT experience, with a preference for process-related industries similar to the steel environment
6. Experience with other systems, ie Unix, Linux, very helpful
