SharePoint Consultant - SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013

Location: London

Contract Duration: 6 months

Rate: Up to £429 per day

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

*Expert knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2007 and experience of 2013 advantageous (Essential) MS Accreditation required.
*Expert knowledge of SharePoint, Installation, Configuration, Administration and support in a large organisation (Essential)
*Expert knowledge in Microsoft Project Server 2010.
*Expert knowledge in SQL and SSRS configuration and support.
*Expert problem determination and solving skills within a SharePoint context (Essential)
*Expert understanding of DM principles, metadata management, taxonomy, classification, records management, archiving (Essential)
*Experience of installing and implementing MS SharePoint 2010 in a large scale environment (Essential)
*It is preferable, but not essential, that the post-holder be educated to degree level and/or has equivalent substantial industry experience in Service Support/Service Delivery environment.
*Qualified to Manager's Certificate level in ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery.
*Demonstrable experience of working in a complex multi site environment dealing with standard business applications and Real Time implementation systems.
*Track record of managing disaster and business continuity planning and support.
*Proven track record of development/operations background.
*Well developed experience of issues and incident management and working within agreed SLAs.
*Track record of managing complex customer relationships and expectations.
*Highly skilled in managing a large multi-disciplinary team, providing leadership, motivational and performance management skills.
*Outstanding influencing and negotiation skills.
*Outstanding oral and written communication skills at a business and technical level.

*Proficient at use of standard computer packages
*Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
*Excellent writing style including translating technical information into 'plain English'

This is a senior technical position to manage the delivery of specific services in the Service Delivery Team focused on Document Management and Business Intelligence.

Key accountabilities are:

o Management of key IM services for the organisation
o Customer focus and alignment to requirements
o Supporting and resolving incidents to SLA
o Delivery of new services and projects on time and to budget
o Ensuring and delivering security across IM services

The role holder is accountable for ensuring that services are delivered to SLA's for IM, developing and delivering services aligned to customer needs and resolution of critical defects and system faults. The role holder will also deliver incident and service request metrics and analysis of problems and trends and provide recommendations for improvement and pro-active resolution.
