Project description:
Some systems are designed for high availability or proof in case of disaster.
Support for order processing (from implementation to removal of systems), operating on the 3rd level and coordination of support services. Another function is to give technical project support, especially in design, implementation and operation of new and existing applications. This includes also the support of migration projects.
The focus of this service is on the infrastructure and not on the application itself.
Experiences in other technologies such as GSA are necessary.

Responsibilities:
Testing, documentation, release and rollout of new SharePoint versions or sub-functions (e.g. xls-Services) and transfer to the operating processes
Participation in various projects from the perspective of SharePoint infrastructure
Perform data migrations with the product Metalogic or proprietary migration tools
Development of infrastructure descriptions (ISA Server rules, LB rules, etc.)
Maintenance and enhancement of disaster recovery architectures
Perform integration testing and deployment
Creation and maintenance of processes, policies and documentation
Participate in project meetings
Third Level Problem Management
Coordination with Microsoft Premier Support

Skills:
Experience in Trouble Ticket System (HP Service Manager 7)
Knowledge of service management processes based on ITIL, Experience with SLA-oriented way of working, handling ticket system
Fluent English in spoken and written form.
Able to consult on technical designs and new features
Certifications Mandatory: MCITP (Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008

Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
Programming Powershell
Security administration including database privileges
Monitoring procedures

DMZ and Windows Server Security (hardening)
SMTP and Microsoft Exchange
Job-Scheduling
