Our client is a leading Swiss financial company, based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a SHAREPOINT CONSULTANT FOR A 4 MONTHS CONTRACT.
In your role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assist in Delivering SharePoint Startup Sessions
- Assist in Requirements Analysis of SharePoint Site Requests
- Preparing Documentation's and reports
- Incident Support and Troubleshoot end user issues
- Provide web support and actively contribute to the support community
- Ad hock consulting sessions
- Update and maintain the consulting request logs
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking to find the best candidates with the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Solid knowledge of SharePoint with minimum of 3 years of working experience (eg 2007, 2010)
- Made first experience as well as the ability and willingness to get quickly familiar with SharePoint 2013
- Experience in Site collection, site, and OOB features of SharePoint
- Ability to translate business requirements in to no code deliverable solutions using OOB features
- Experience in handling technical as well as non-technical clients, ideally as a Business Analysis role or a consultant role in web and Enterprise Content Management area
- Experience in working in a large organization, ideally in a global environment
- Experience in troubleshooting and customer handling skills
- Fluent English, German is a plus
