Sharepoint Consultant

Tasks:

* Run 1 or more applications & provide support for this
o Ensuring the technical continuity when performing new releases of the assigned applications
o Efficiently provide assistance to the Service Center (2nd line support) and those responsible for other applications with which an interface exists
o Independently determine the nature, origin and solution for incidents/problems
o (Mee) testing of (new) technical functionalities and executed corrections
o Proactively formulate technical improvements in applications and processes
o Preparing capacity planning in collaboration with DBAs and system administrators
* Preparing the necessary technical documentation concerning the applications and their use: documenting the current situation and the changes
* Permanent monitoring of the applications, both reactive and proactive controls on the availability, capacity and performance of the applications
* A project can be supervised

Master or bachelor in computer science or equivalent through experience:

* Experience in a similar position
* Experience with Sharepoint projects
* Experience with:
o Sharepoint: administration, metadata & functional knowledge, knowledge of architecture, installation
o Database technology (SQL server)
o Windows technology
o Installation and maintenance of applications on Windows platforms
o WebService test tools (SoapUI, ...)
* Being able to communicate smoothly with all stakeholders (users, system administrators, development teams, release manager, ...)
* Experience with ITIL (Optional Service Show)
