Sharepoint Consultant - Poland - SC/NATO cleared - Excellent Rates - duration upto 4 years
Tasks to be performed:
DHS and TTE common tasks for both networks (NS and MS):
- Maintain local SharePoint site libraries and lists.
- Modify local SharePoint site permissions to grant/restrict access to JFTC content.
- Add NATO approved web parts, plug-ins and scripts to local SharePoint sites.
- Develop and maintain local user Standard Operating Procedures and guides with respect to supported systems.
- Provide on-site hands-on SharePoint training for the following groups:
o JFTC Newcomers - one day per year;
o JFTC Current staff - twice per year - 2x4 iterations (2 hours each);
o Training Audience - 4 times per year (3 hours each).
- Archive expired documents/files.
- Assist the Central Registry with SharePoint support as required.
- Participate in training events to prepare and maintain SharePoint environment as requested by Training Division. Note: the training events are carried out from MON to SUN, between 0800 - 2000 hrs.
TTE specific tasks for NS and MS networks:
- Monitor taskers' workflow management.
- Adjust tasker permissions.
- Perform TTE user management.
- Archive old taskers
DHS specific tasks for NS and MS networks:
- Monitor document management (upload, versioning, and check in/out).
- Support web parts Embedded into libraries websites.
- Permissions management.
- Libraries design and implementation.
- Add metadata as directed by Allied Command Operation (ACO)/Allied Command Transformation (ACT) IKM.
SharePoint 2010 portal on NS and MS networks:
- Maintain all environments essential for proper usage of the supported system (Front End Servers, MOSS Servers and SQL Servers).
- Develop and maintain JFTC Content Management Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform portal troubleshooting and in cooperation with NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) ensure services are maintained according to agreed service levels.
- Maintain MOSS solution documentation and configuration control.
- Liaise with NCIA in the area of:
o as built' documentation;
o Custom developed source code;
o SSRS for the changes to SharePoint 2010 platform configuration;
o Training material used to support the implementation;
o Backup and disaster recovery strategy; and
o Management of Service Levels and user expectations.
- Create and post links to key DHS and TTE.
- Create web pages.
- Manage the portal metadata as directed by ACO/ACT IKM.
SKILLS,KNOWLEDGEAND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience using and managing SharePoint (SP2007, SP2010) sites with hands on experience in:
o Creating and managing SharePoint libraries;
o Creating and managing SharePoint lists;
o Assigning access rights for site/page/library/folder/file permissions from the Active Directory.
- At least 1 year of proven/documented SharePoint instructor experience.
- Practical knowledge of web content management and implementation of SharePoint Server 2007 as well as SharePoint 2010 information management policies.
- Experience in MS SQL Server 2008 implementations and administration.
- Fault resolution and problem management skills for SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint2010.
- In-depth experience in Windows Server 2008 environment administration (including Active Directory, patches, security updates, upgrades, antivirus, etc.).
- PowerShell practical knowledge.
- InfoPath development skills.
- JavaScript practical knowledge.
- Broad experience in configuration, deployment and development of custom sites, solutions, enterprise features, search, Business Connectivity Services (BCS) and Business Data Connectivity (BDC).
- Experience in Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 (web and Intranet) services configuration and administration.
- At least a NATO SECRET clearance that is valid for the duration of the contract.
- Experience in the administration of DHS and TTE
