Sharepoint Collaboration Lead Analyst

Our client is a global leader in the resources industry with operations in over 25 countries. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SharePoint Collaboration Lead Analyst to join their team on a Full time 12 month contract. The position will be located within their corporate offices in the Perth CBD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver SharePoint Collaboration solutions
- Business requirements data gathering and analysis
- Validation of user requirements and prioritisation
- Solution design and delivery including development of functional and technical documentation and process design
- Stakeholder engagement including communications, reporting and change management activities
- Data migration
- SharePoint collaboration training
- Ensure SharePoint training and reference materials remain relevant, up to date and are reflective of business requirements and tailored to any specific deployment needs
- Deliver hands on process, products and tools training and coaching
- Maintain and promote awareness of SharePoint collaboration information and training available via the IM Intranet and SharePoint connection sites
- Provide IM cross functional support

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Tertiary qualification in an Information Technology/Information Management related discipline preferred
- Understanding of Information Management (IM) discipline
- Strong project management and excellent business analysis skills combined with a proven ability to deliver successful solutions to scope, on time and within budget
- Experience in change management methodologies including change readiness assessments, communications and training, planning, content development and delivery
- Experience with SharePoint (2010) and its administration highly desirable
- Experience of governance processes and tools highly desirable
- Experience of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) tools and principles desirable
- Ability to work in small teams of internal and external consultants and service providers
- Good organisational, communication and teamwork skills
- Strong customer focus
- Problem solving and ability to work under pressure
