Sharepoint Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Meeting with internal clients to understand their needs for a SharePoint site and implement a unique solution to fulfil those needs
- Gathering Requirements, Design and Setup of OOTB SharePoint Sites
- Site Collection Operations including access requests and resolution of OOTB issues
- Creation of Forms in SharePoint using InfoPath
- Creation of Workflows using OOTB SharePoint and Nintex
- Junior Project Manager for SharePoint migration activities

Act as the liaison between Company departments and the internal business clients. - Apply IT/business knowledge to formulate IT solutions and when necessary, consult with senior IT personnel to develop solutions to business or technical problems.
- Manage small SharePoint projects according to milestones and within budget constraints.

- Independently conceive and develop general approaches to the solution of systems problems which require application of basic technical principles
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with all levels in the organization
- Have the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and work on multiple projects
- Perform work using existing standards, methodologies & processes
- Be responsible for following applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies

Demonstrated analytical skills on medium to large scale system projects. - Must possess proven knowledge of the System Life Cycle process
- Excellent verbal and written (including presentation development) communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Must have a positive customer service manner, exceptional teamwork skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Must be a quick learner, creative thinker, highly motivated, organized, and able to cooperatively balance incoming tasks with in-progress tasks and process improvement projects.
- Skills in the following technologies: SharePoint 2010, InfoPath, Visio and Nintex Workflows.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- SLC documentation experience is a plus.
- Technical proficiency in standard programming/BI/DW concepts, procedures and practices is a plus.
