Application Architect - SharePoint

An opportunity with one of my clients, an established, dynamic IT consultancy in London, has just arisen for an experienced SharePoint Architect. My client, a Microsoft Gold partner, specialise in offering IT solutions across various sectors with their renowned team of Microsoft Stack orientated experts.

The role is based in Central London and can pay up to £400/day.

Successful candidates should have:

- Over 8 years of overall IT experience (out of which at least 2 years worked as Microsoft SharePoint architect, solution design and development in SharePoint 2003/2007/2010/2013 platforms)
- Defining Enterprise Architectures, Service-Oriented Architecture, EAI, etc.
- Good experience in solution design and development in SharePoint 2003/2007/2010/2013 platforms
- Good hands-on web development experience with .NET technologies
- Good Knowledge on MS SQL Server Platform – Database, Integration Services (SSIS), Reporting Services (SSRS), Analysis Services (SSAS), etc.
- Strong ASP.NET (preferable with MVC, Entity Framework, Web Services, WWF, WCF Services, Linq) and JS Frameworks like JQuery, CSS, HTML5.

The successful candidate will start ASAP and the contract is expected to run until at least December 31st of this year, with strong possibility of extension.
