Sharepoint Architect

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SHAREPOINT ARCHITECT to join a fast growing financial client where the position is based in Wilmington, DE.

JOB OVERVIEW:

This role will include a mix of administration, design and coding. A candidate will need to have a firm understanding of SharePoint 2010.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the installation, administration, development, defect resolutions, and support of SharePoint 2010 environments
- Provide development services for new sites and custom web parts, enhancements, defect resolution, maintenance, and support.
- Will install a new on Premise SP 2010 environment and should have an experience and understanding of SP 2013 for future development.
- Design and Create Project Plans for the team to implement.
- Define system attributes, external and internal interfaces, data schemas and integration specifications.
- Manage software requirements specifications, issue resolution and support in adherence to documented SLA's.
- Maintain traceability information and track design status.
- Manage changes to base lined design through effective application of change control processes and tools.

Job Qualifications:

- Five (5) plus years of experience on the SharePoint platform
- Thorough experience and understanding of the SharePoint 2010 based architecture approaches, design methodologies and design patterns
- Understanding and experience with SharePoint 2013
- Experience with MS SQL Server technology
