Sharepoint Applications Developer Job

SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Reston, VA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Eight plus (8+) Years experience with SharePoint Development
- Program custom web applications within SharePoint

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- SharePoint development from conception to implementation including planning, content development, design and programming.
- Provides enhancement, multimedia conversion, maintenance, site administration, and limited hosting services.
- Provides quality control services and demonstrated expertise in both current Internet related software languages and current interactive SharePoint developments.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree
- Eight (8) years of experience
- Three (3) years or more experience leveraging: .Net, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML, XSLT to program custom applications and web parts within SharePoint.
- The developer should have experience with Visual Studio, SharePoint 2010/2013, developing web parts, features, solutions, site definitions, page layouts and the deployment of web parts and features, and reporting in line with guidelines, policies and procedures for the environment.
- Developing, testing and modifying newly developed applications, experience with MS SQL 2005/2008, SQL Server 2008.
