SHAREPOINT ANALYST DALLAS, TX CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

This position is for a SharePoint Analyst with experience in SharePoint 2010/2013. The position involves managing teamsites: understanding the security and governance responsibilities of adding users to a site, as well as guiding uses on what content should or should not be stored in that site.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience using SharePoint for managing work
- Knowledge of all out-of-the-box SharePoint features & configurations, and experience with assisting business groups to organize SharePoint site content
- Understanding of the importance of SharePoint Governance
- Strong knowledge about the various SharePoint features from end-user, power user, Site Owner and Site Collection Administrators perspectives
- Ability to fully follow all corporate guidelines, practices and procedures (including processes related to SharePoint change management)
- Great verbal/written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Multitasking skills required
- Flexibility/adaptability and easy to work with
- Ability to provide weekly status reports and drive project completion with limited guidance
- Bachelors Degree in a related field

OTHER SHAREPOINT DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Access Management user audits, user removals, new user additions
- List maintenance additional fields option changes, view changes
- Site organization including opening new sites or decommissioning old ones
- Worklow creation & maintenance
- User issues problem solving and resolution
- Site capacity - Data Archiving
