Sharepoint Administrator/Support Engineer

For our client in the IT industry we are looking for a SharePoint Administrator/Support Engineer

START: ASAP

DURATION: 9 months (+ extension)

LANGUAGE: Dutch and English

LOCATION: Antwerp

Our client is specialized in IT Infra Services with a strong focus on SharePoint ECM solutions. For a project in Antwerp they are looking for a SharePoint Admin/Support Engineer who can act as 'Single Point of Contact' for the clients' application users and systems which they have running on 9 farms worldwide. Next to typical support & admin activities you will be charged with the follow up and organization of technical meetings. Incident and issue management: performing disaster recovery, ensuring backup procedures are followed and making backups are also part of the day-to-day job. You will execute updates and modifications on documentation and working procedures in line with company quality policy. Also undertaking analyses of applications which will improve the clients' UI, performance and integrity. Last but not least periodical monitoring system performance and reviewing system security are inherent to the project and the daily operational tasks.

SKILLS:

- Good hands-on experience in working with SharePoint 2010/2013, SQL server, Nintex 2010 (workflow management) and third party tools in SharePoint environments
- Operational expertise to install, support, maintain and upgrade these technologies and tools
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
- Nice-to-have is if you have worked earlier in a manufacturing industry or R&D environment
- Soft skills: driven troubleshooter who likes helping technical and non-technical users with practical issues and queries and is eager to work in an international context.
