Sharepoint Administrator / Engineer with Focus on Sharepoint Infrastructure Operation and Extension

+ Installing and updating SharePoint farms
+ Writing administrative PowerShell scripts for configuring and monitoring SharePoint
+ IIS and SSL configuration
+ Performance analysis and tuning on SharePoint server and database level
+ Troubleshooting with the SharePoint Developer Dashboard
+ Enterprise search configuration, customization and optimization
+ Troubleshooting workflow processing bottlenecks (Nintex Workflows used)
+ Backup and Recovery of SharePoint.

+ 7+ years experience working with SharePoint (preferably versions 2010/2013)
+ Additional experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 is highly desirable
+ Deep knowledge of the complete SharePoint server stack (SharePoint, Project Server, Windows, SQL Server, Active Directory)
+ Experienced in administration of Windows and SQL Server
+ Good knowledge of the underlying infrastructure (network, security, storage)
+ Passion about optimization of IT systems
+ Consider maintaining and extending a documentation as a matter of course
+ Experience in solving production issues under high pressure
+ Good English skills (written and spoken)
+ Good German skills (written and spoken)
+ Looking forward to work in an international team with offshore and nearshore resources
+ High self-organization level
+ Ability to familiarize with a grown environment and organization in a short time period
+ Willing to work onsite 4-5 days a week
