SHAREPOINT ADMINISTRATOR REDMOND, WA 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Our hugely popular client is looking for a TIER-1 SHAREPOINT SUPPORT COORDINATOR with good experience in an enterprise setup on SharePoint 2013.

This is a customer-facing role which includes timely resolution of issues and good customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Address user issues by monitoring incoming requests and working through resolutions.
- Prioritize the support requests and work with SMEs by escalating on-time to resolve customer issues.
- Provide basic SharePoint troubleshooting for user access, navigation etc.

SKILLS NEEDED:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in a SharePoint support and Service Desk role
