Sharepoint Administrator

DUTIES:

- Seeking a skilled technical resource for SharePoint 2013 project.
- Will be working on a large project.
- Will be using SharePoint as a doc depository for all customer correspondence.
- Will also be using SharePoint for reporting.
- A specific SharePoint farm has been built for this. There is also a SharePoint farm used for corporate collaboration and Intranet.
- Looking for a resource to help reduce the work load.
- SharePoint Farm Administrator to work in conjunction with existing internal administrators on multiple SharePoint 2013 on premise farms.
- The contractor will work with both the SharePoint Corporate farm as well as the SharePoint farm for the Customer Information System and all associated developmental, test and stage farms. Contractor will be performing the following functions:
- Act as a backup in the administration of multiple farms.
- Monitor and measure SharePoint performance.
- Address any issues that may arise.
- Manage site collections, web applications, quotas and features if issues arise.
- Provide support for day-to-day SharePoint Administration type requests under the guidance of our existing SharePoint Administrators.
- Troubleshoot production problems.
- Mentor other team members on functionality and present new techniques and solutions to requests as they are presented from the business.
- Help resolve back log of issues.
- Help resolve back log of enhancement requests.
- Use of AvePoint tool to perform automated migration of content under the guidance of our existing SharePoint Administrators

- SharePoint 2013 Administration (On Premise) Server 2012
- PowerShell
- Microsoft SQL 2012 basics
- Active Directory Delegation for Kerberos connections
- SSRS - SharePoint Integrated mode
- SSAS
- BI stack (PowerPivot, PowerView, Excel Services)
- Workflow
- Basic SharePoint application development (JQuery, JavaScript, SharePoint Apps)
- SharePoint Office 365/Hybrid knowledge is not required but would be beneficial.
