GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Proactively partner with key IT stakeholders and other business units.
- Understand and be a strong advocate for IT standards and future strategic direction.
- Meet or exceed internal audit, Corporate Governance and business ethics requirements.
- Develop an understanding of business issues and goals in order to use IT consulting skills to provide the business with appropriate technical solutions.
- Provide mentoring and support, as the opportunities arise, to entry level IT staff and the user community in general.
- Build and work within collaborative team environments to achieve team goals.
- Identify and address conflict in working relationships.
- Demonstrate and create a respectful work environment.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of experience with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 administration and development
- Experience developing SharePoint workflows (out of box as well as designer), web parts and site creation
- Experience with ASPX, XML, XSD, XSLT, SQL ServerDemonstrated formal presentation skills a plus
- 3 - 5 years design, programming, and/or debugging experience while developing business applications preferred
