OUR CLIENT, A GLOBAL DEFENCE AND AEROSPACE COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A SHAREPOINT ADMINISTRATOR FOR A 3 MONTH CONTRACT TO BE BASED IN WIMBORNE.
As a SharePoint Administrator you will be accountable for SharePoint administration, user assistance and smooth running of SharePoint and Intranet site.
Key Deliverable:
- Business analysis to determine requirements:
- For defining new SharePoint sites
- Help resolve SharePoint issues for users.
- SharePoint access control.
- Monitoring SharePoint performance and disk usage and prevent system outages.
- Validate SharePoint requests for new sites & create new SharePoint sites
- Deliver business reporting
- Work with systems Business Reporting Middleware ETL (Kourier)
- Work according to IT procedures.
- Log calls in LANDesk call logging system.
- Follow IT change process.
Required Skills:
- Must have experience of creating and setting up SharePoint collaboration sites and Intranet web pages.
- SQL and database experience required
- Must be capable of writing SQL queries
- Must understand good and bad web layout and design
- Working with VMs beneficial
- Knowledge of MRP beneficial
- Knowledge of Business Information beneficial
- Knowledge of Kourier (ETL) advantageous
- Knowledge of Business information advantageous
