KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of MS Windows environment (hardware and operating system)
- Tier 2 support for MS Sharepoint environments (server hardware, OS, Sharepoint)
- Provide tier 1 support for the Sharepoint applications developed in-house
- Provide guidelines on developments (architecture and design practices)
- Problem management, resolution and root cause analysis
- Incident management and resolution when required
- License management
- Participation in periodic maintenance tasks where required
- Ensure all compliance tasks are completed within set timeframes
- Coordination and supervision of tasks
- Ensure all documentation for the MS Windows Server systems are always up to date
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years experience in MS Windows Server Administration
- At least 3 years Sharepoint Administration experience
- Broad knowledge and understanding of IS
- Excellent MS Windows Server and Sharepoint skills
- Good Sharepoint development skills/experience
- Experience supporting Infrastructure hardware/software
- Certification in MS Windows Server and MS Sharepoint
