2. Strong Microsoft platform knowledge and skills
3. At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET 3.X/4.0, SHAREPOINT 2010, SQL 2005/2008, ACTIVE DIRECTORY.
4. Experience developing Web Parts, Customizing SharePoint or WSS.
5. Hands-on experience in design and developing InfoPath Forms, Workflows using SharePoint Design and Visual Studio 2010/2012.

7. Excellent knowledge in understanding of business requirements, systems analysis, construction, integration, and migration functions.
