Our client is a leading international consultancy with a reputation for excellent client services and innovative solutions. They are currently seeking an experienced Reward, Tax or Legal professional with experience of share scheme and incentive design to join their growing and ambition consultancy practice at the Manager level. This is permanent position paying between £50K-£70K as a basic salary. The role itself will be based in their City of London office with the potential for international scope. The role will involve: * Managing key client relationships * Working on tailored consulting projects around share scheme and incentive design * Business development and contribution to team strategy * Supporting clients with their Total reward strategy The ideal candidate will have: * Experience of share schemes or LTIPS-ideally design related work * Client relationships management skills. * Strong technical skills around reward * Exposure to tax related issues (tax qualification-desirable)
