Share Point Designer

Background
Our Central Government Client has a 4 month requirement for a SharePoint Designer, based in London. This programme focuses on the development of SQL databases, user interface tools, CRM and Sharepoint to support business processes.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
o User Interface design for Sharepoint portals
o Improve the user experience of existing portals that align with new branding guidelines
o Develop a framework for portal user experience
o Contribute to the wider programme development of user journeys

Skills/Experience Required
o Delivery focus with the ability to work in a public sector governance environment
o Delivery of Sharepoint projects for B2B extranets
o Good customer relationship skills
o Ability to find innovative ways of solving or pre-empting problems
o Strong communication skills - able to bridge the gap between IT and the business
o Strong team player to work with project manager, BAs and other developers

Desirable
o Delivery of Sharepoint projects delivering to education institutions
o Experience of financial services
o Knowledge of education sector

Formal Qualifications Required
o Advanced level Sharepoint design with an accredited training provider
o Advanced level Microsoft Excel with an accredited training provider
