SH - Business/Systems Analyst I

The primary objective of this role is to assist in the implementation of a technology solution that will allow content to be written once and then delivered to multiple front ends across the enterprise.

This candidate will partner with business-side content subject matter experts and our internal IT teams to help manage the transition to a new content management system.

In this role the candidate will assist in implement a technology solutions by gathering the requirements, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with team members in a Agile development environment
Understand the current content creation process
Identify issues and impact and help identify appropriate solutions
Create and document business requirements and associated acceptance criteria (technical writing skills)
Assist in core team meetings to validate requirements and acceptance criteria
Gain core team agreement and alignment on requirements documentation
Work as liaison between business-side and IT partners to add clarification
Create weekly reporting on project status: Requirements in progress, IT work in progress, IT work completed, UAT in progress, work completed
Knowledge of CMS and LMS applications
Web content management

QUALIFICATIONS
2 year degree
Demonstrated technical and analytical skills, including the ability to understand and convey complex technical information in simple terms
Excellent writing skills
Ability to interpret complex requests & implement based on aggressive timelines
Ability to work on multiple tasks independently with little direction
Ability to compare, process, organize and compile information
Ability to recognize trends and provide relevant solutions
Experience with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Familiarity with Agile development principles
Experience with a content management system (Adobe CQ5, EMC Documentum)
