SGM Designer - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

At Ernst & Young an exciting opportunity has arisen for a global designer. As an SGM Designer, you will be responsible, not only for applying the standards correctly to the materials that you produce, but also for leading as an example of design excellence to Ernst Young's geographical Area and Sub-Area design teams. As with most large organisations, EY has strict visual identity standards which must be applied to all its communication and marketing materials.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Communications division and as part of a small and highly-motivated team, you will need to be able to contribute ideas and take responsibility for all aspects of a project.

Your responsibilities as an SGM Designer will include:

- Creating digital files (Flash animations) for our various Intranet channels, document design (Indesign) and a variety of design projects utilising Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working with, and advising, people at all levels within the firm
- Confidently giving input into the planning and scoping of a project
- Managing various elements of a project.

Qualifications/skills you'll need as an SGM Designer:

- Extensive experience in working to similar visual identity standards
- Experience of the following:

*Adobe Creative Suite CS4/5 - Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, (these skills are essential, the team produces high-quality printed materials)
*Microsoft Office - Word and PowerPoint. The ability to produce high-impact - PowerPoint presentations is essential
*Knowledge and experience of HTML and Flash animation using Dreamweaver and Flash.
