Qualifications Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Experience in SFDC.
Preferred
At least 5 years of solid experience in Salesforce development (Declarative, Apex Coding, Visual Force & JavaScript) with at least 3 full life cycle SalesForce.com implementations.
Understanding on SFDC/Force.com Implementation best practices, coding standards, deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration & Security implementation
Thorough understanding on standard Salesforce objects & rationalize usability to translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions.
At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience deploying enterprise solutions
Experience with Configure/Implement/Deploy solutions, provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer
Identify solution and alternatives and articulate the pros and cons of the choices
At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
Stay on top of the SFDC releases and the features and be able to implement them
Ability to efficiently work in team with diverse stakeholder environment and in onsite/offshore model
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Understanding of various versioning and continuous build tools (such as CVS, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)
Ability to perform scrum master role (Allocation of tasks, consolidation, coordination, reporting and work with Product owners in Agile world)
Basic understanding of ITIL processes and application support knowledge.
Knowledge in any of AppExchange Apps
Data Migration knowledge using Data Loader or External Apps
