SFDC Technical Developer

Role: SFDC Technical Developer
Location: Nieuw Vennep, The Netherlands
Duration: 3-6 months+

Skillset:

- Certified SFDC developer with multiple complete project cycles.
- Knowledge of SFDC/SAP Integration, ideally with experience in a technical leadership and hands on implementation roles significant SAP/SFDC two way integration. Note that experience with other ERP platform integration may also be considered.
- Self starter
- Documentation management experience

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

- To support the technical integration between SAP CRM and SFDC as part of the Gaudi CRM Programme.
- The SFDC lead developer on the Gaudi CRM SAP Customer Service solution design, build and test activities.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

- Work will be as part of the SAP CRM CS team.
- Business analysis, working closely with the SFDC & SAP Business analysts, and at the direction of Deepak Kapoor from a technical design and build perspective.
- Deepak Kapoor will retain overall detailed technical design and build authority, and Babu Palanisamy (or alternative, as directed) will be the overall solution architect.
- For purposes of detailed design, documentation, configuration, and any testing activities, working at the direction of the CS project manager to the required standard.
