Sewer Network Technician - Flooding Technician

Experienced Sewer Network Technician required ASAP - 3 months contract - Glasgow

My client is a major provider of utilities services across Scotland. They require the services of an experienced technical specialist with experience of analysing sewer networks. The current team requires additional support on a flooding action plan project over the coming months.

Requirements:

-Technical background
-Experience in managing sewer networks
-Operational sewer experience would be useful
-Flooding action plan experience would also be beneficial
-Exposure and practical knowledge of utility systems such as Promise, GIS etc.
-Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills are required
-Utilities or public sector background is also ideal

Weekly Tasks Include:

- Investigations
- Customer contacts (Service review team, regional comms teams, individual customers)
- Customer Interviews
- Cluster plans with frequency and impacts.
- Investigation scope development
- Scoping of temporary solutions
- External customer liaison
