FOR OUR CUSTOMER WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SEVERAL SERVICENOW CONSULTANTS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and maintain the application architecture for specific business functional areas in compliance with the enterprise architecture
- Main tasks are integration and datamigration within ServiceNow.
- Experience of implementation of best practices where ITSM tools technologies are applicable
- Support other developers in their work to integrate existing systems with Service Now
- Support business process owners in configuring the platform
- Perform necessary Scripting to support the needs of the users
- Administer the system
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Previous experience on ServiceNow
- ITIL process consulting experience
- Deep knowledge of ITSM Framework and ITIL
