Setup and Maintenance of an Automatic Software Build / Release / Test Server for CMW500 Software Components

TASK:

Rohde & Schwarz is looking for a software integrator and tester, who is used to act as a team player and to work in international project teams. In particular, close cooperation is expected with protocol and software development teams.

Responsibilities
- Setup and maintenance of an automatic software build / release /
   test server for CMW500 software components
- Integration of software components such as programming libraries
   and test cases
- Creation of software release builds incl. installation / setup packages
- Automation of recurring regression tests of above software components
- Tracking and resolution of software issues with development teams
- Support software developers in following a continuous integration process

QUALIFICATION:

Development Tools
- Jenkins continuous integration tool (build server)
- Microsoft Visual Studio, msbuild
- ClearCase (software configuration management)
- Bugzilla / ClearQuest (bug tracking)

Required Qualifications
- Very good experience in software build and make tools
   incl. administration of automated build systems
- Very good experience in software test automation and
   scripting languages like Python, Windows Batch, etc.
- Good experience in continuous software integration and software testing
- Good understanding of C++
- Experience in Rational ClearCase
- Good communication and documentation skills, written and spoken English
- Background in 3GPP protocols (LTE, WCDMA, GSM) is helpful
