Your responsibilities
-Monitoring and reconciliation of all incoming and outgoing cash in relation to Fund subscriptions, Fund redemption's, Fund dividends and commissions.
-Chase clients for outstanding subscription money
-Stock reconciliation between Fund register, Fund accounting and external depositories.
-Monitoring and matching of transfer free transactions
Your profile
-Minimum of 5 years experience in a settlement department
-Strong knowledge of settlement market practice
-Good organisational and time management skills
-Be client oriented with good communication skills
-Be fluent in English, German and French
-Knowledge of "IntelliSuite" system is considered as an advantage
-Ability to work in an existing team
