As there is a strong possibility of this extending past the initial 6 month period, we unfortunately CANNOT consider those on Working Holiday Visas
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Answer inbound telephone calls and resolve the problem at first point of contact wherever possible
- Support customers who call or email the team for technical assistance with the website, with login queries and general technical questions regarding the website functionality
- First level phone and email support
- Log calls and use on-line systems to access and update data
- Liaising with customers and other service desk analysts to resolve issues
- Deliver a high standard of excellence in customer service
- There may be the need to work some weekends and public holidays
You will present with:
- 6 months previous in similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both phone, verbal and interpersonal
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Intermediate computing skills with Windows OS, Internet Explorer, MS Office and E-mail
