Servicenow IT Business Management SME

My client is a Tier one system integrator with a 9 month requirement for a subject matter expert with experience in both business functional and technical consultancy to drive advisory services to clients on improving their usage of the Business Management Suite of products in ServiceNow.

You will be responsible for:

Help to define, design and implement solutions for end user clients focused around Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Test management as well as other modules with the Business Management suite.

Providing subject matter expertise to end user clients on how best to utilize business processes through the business.

Contribute to the continual improvement of Global Delivery and Practice business processes as well as the maturing of the IT Business Management portfolio, capabilities, expertise, best practices and solutions

The ideal candidate will have/will be

1-3 years of ServiceNow experience working in a consultancy capacity.

A certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Implementation Specialist

Strong knowledge of the IT Business Management Suite including modules such as:

§ Project Portfolio Management

§ Demand Management

§ Test Management

§ Resource Management

§ Financial Management

§ Application Portfolio management

§ Governance, Risk and Compliance

Understanding of the ITIL framework in particular in Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Service Level management

Familiarity with ServiceNow Asset Discovery and Business Service Mapping

Experience with enterprise tools and platforms, such as CA SOI, NetCool, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Nagios, SCOM, Solar Winds, Puppet would be a plus.

Experience with DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Agile SDLC would be a plus
