For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for A Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job description ServiceNow Engineer (senior) (QR3892) :
The Engineer will configure ServiceNow incl. its Business Rules, ACL's, UI Scripts and API's based on User Stories that shall be refined with the Stakeholders and which shall build, tested and configured. The emphasis of the work will lie on configuration of the Change Portfolio, Demand and Backlog Mngt modules of ServiceNow.

Minimal Requirements ServiceNow Engineer (senior) (QR3892) :
- Certified ServiceNow Advanced SysAdmin
- Certified ServiceNow Scripting
- 3-4 Years ServiceNow Tool Configuration (incl. API's) Experience
- Adequate Communication Skills
- Adequate Documentation Skills
- DevOps Engineer
- Dutch & English Speaker

Pre's ServiceNow Engineer (senior) (QR3892) :
- Knowledge of Portfolio/Demand Mngt Practice
- Experience with JS-Angular
- Experience with IT-Guardian
- Experience with SNOWMirror
- Experience with Mid-Server
- Experience with UI design
- Experience with Microsoft Analysis Tooling

General Knowledge/Experience ServiceNow Engineer (senior) (QR3892) :
Knowledge of ITIL V3, Portfolio Management & ServiceNow

Technical Knowledge/Experience ServiceNow Engineer (senior) (QR3892) :
Candidates must have Advance SysAdmin Certification ServiceNow
Boot Camp Certification ServiceNow Scripting Certification.

Competences ServiceNow Engineer (senior) (QR3892) :
Must work based on AGILE principles (e.g. Scrum).
Good communication skills.
Must be able to handover skills/knowledge to staff.

Responsibilities ServiceNow Engineer (senior) (QR3892) :
Innovate and maintain ServiceNow configuration & interfaces.
Comply with Agile SCRUM way of working.
