ServiceNow Developer is immediately sought by leading global Fund Manager based in Central London.

Working closely with the business and project stakeholders you will define and develop and configure the ServiceNow Tool. This will involve delivering a full ServiceNow systems upgrade.

Our client seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer who has previously worked on a systems upgrade project, ideally within the financial services sector.

Strong JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, AJAX, CSS and XML programming skills are also sought.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The main focus of the Corporate Systems Development and Delivery team is to deliver software solutions and to support the technology needs for Man's corporate business functions.

The Service Now Developer will be responsible for all aspects of the software development and maintenance of the Service Now environment and for working with the internal and external support teams.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Development of ServiceNow work requests

Pro-active management and support of all Service Now environments
-

Be a key participant in the project to upgrade the installed version of ServiceNow to the latest version

Lead requirements prioritisation meetings with key stakeholders
-

Co-ordinate with internal and 3rd party support providers, as required

Provide training, technical direction and guidance to other team members as required
-

Ability to multi-task to meet stakeholder and support demand

Maintain documentation relating to the environments, reflecting any changes made
-

Support end users in user acceptance testing

Ensure compliance with DR, Architecture, and security standards for all software deliveries

Manage change in partnership with IT Operations, Infrastructure and Release Management to ensure high quality deliveries and minimise production issues.
