The scope of the role is to Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow based applications to support business processes.
Responsibilities will include:
* Liaise with business to review / agree requirements.
* Create interfaces to work with other internal and external systems using web services and other technologies.
* Provide technical guidance/leadership on the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements:
* Experience of UI configuration using style sheets.
* Javascript and CSS.
* SOAP/REST web services.
* MySQL and other relational DB.
* Strong business facing skills.
Desired
* ServiceNow Certifications.
* Experience in a managed service environment.
* ITIL service management experience.
This position is based in centralLondonand paying £60,000.
