ServiceNow Developer with profound ITIL and Service Management knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Higher national diploma in a relevant discipline
- 2+ years' experience in ServiceNow development with focus on Service Catalog, Catalog Item Development, ITIL and Service Management IT industry knowledge
- Working business knowledge within development teams coupled with the ability of taking ownership for delivery effort with minimal management support
- Background in GxP basing environment and multitenant security concepts as well as Stakeholder and Customer Management experience
- Strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills with a motivated and enthusiastic mind-set
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Reporting to the Core and Foundation Lead and driving the delivery effort with focus on the Service Catalog and account for milestone targets
- Taking ownership and responsibility for development and implementation activities and adhering to ServiceNow development standards
- Analysing and verifying the design, development and implementation for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility and conformity to standards
- Ensuring consideration of multitenant security concepts and governance as well as analysing and solving problems and incidents
- Supporting the workflow and collaboration between various teams with testing, qualification, documentation, training and continuous enhancement
