DURATION: 6 MONTHS
LOCATION: SPAIN, MADRID
KEY SKILLS :
- 5-7 YEARS EXPERIENCED IN ADMINISTRATION/IMPLEMENTATION/CONFIGURATION OF ITSM SOLUTION ON SERVICENOW/BMC REMEDY PLATFORM IN MEDIUM TO LARGE ORGANIZATION.
- Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, Converting Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
- Lead at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM area, 1 complete Implementation life cycle for ServiceNow
- ServiceNow custom application design and development experience
- Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
- Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
- Consults with business analyst/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now
- Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
- Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
- Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
