SERVICENOW PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT BEAUMONT, TX 6 MONTH CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

For this position the ServiceNow Principal Consultant will function as an advocate to the CompuCom Strategy Advisor to provide guidance towards the execution of overall implementation of ServiceNow and will be responsible for the health and direction of their IT Enterprise Service Management. The Principal Consultant will also be responsible for project planning, resource assignments and project communications. The Principal Consultant will be responsible for the management of current and future Service Now projects, and manage their current contractor to ensure best practices are being implemented.

AREAS OF FOCUS INCLUDE:

- Existing strategy for deployment of SN various modules and applications.
- Strategy/roadmap for future initiatives.
- Existing process/governance for deploying changes within ServiceNow.
- Quality Assurance Process.
- Integration management processes.
- Technical review and risk mitigation processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have significant experience in and knowledge of ServiceNow application
- Development experience preferred
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills
- ITIL certified
- Strong in the areas of IT Service Management Consulting, ServiceNow Consulting, ITIL Process Consulting, IT Management, IT Program/Project Management, IT Business System Analyst experience
